Payment, Delivery, Guarantee & Return Policies
Accepted methods of payment and currencies:
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express in US Dollar funds.
Delivery policy:
All orders in North America have been configured with delivery insurance. In the event of package loss or damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Customer service staff will assist you with order claims and after-sales issues.
For orders in the United States, as long as the amount exceeds $200, or the delivery address is APT, the delivery method will be signed. If there is a problem of damage to the goods that is not caused by your signature, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible to assist you in filing a claim with the insurance company.
US shipping and delivery times:
Flat Shipping :
- Ships within 48 hours after placing the order, and it arrives in 4-7 working days across Canada by flat mail.
- For non-Canada regions, the delivery time may be longer.
- If you have strong timeliness requirements, it is recommended to choose 3 days or expedited express
3-Day Priority Express (currently no longer available):
- Orders placed before 13:00 ET on the same day will be dispatched on the same day.
- Delivery time: within 3 working days
- Time limit description: The priority express delivery at 10:00AM PST on Monday will start to calculate the time limit on Tuesday, and the arrival time will be before Thursday afternoon. Orders placed at 15:00 PM on the same day will be dispatched the next day, and the time limit will be calculated from Wednesday, and the arrival time will be delayed by one day.
- Priority Shipping rates vary by order.
Expedited Shipping:
- Orders placed before 13:00 ET on the same day will be dispatched on the same day.
- Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
- Time Limit: For expedited delivery at 10:00AM PST on Monday, the time limit will be calculated on Tuesday, and the arrival time will be Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed at 15:00 PM on the same day will be dispatched the next day, and the time limit will be calculated from Wednesday, and the arrival time will be delayed by one day.

Shipping Inquiry for all other regions:
Shipping costs vary by region. After you add a product to your shopping cart, you can calculate the shipping amount in the “Shipping Estimate” module of your shopping cart before checkout.
Guarantee and return Policy:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping return:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4600 No. 3 Rd Unit 111 Richmond BC Canada V5X 4E8.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
